Blueberry Grunt

Ingredients: 2 cups flour
1 cup margarine or shortening (old style)
2 cups washed blueberries
2 tbsp sugar
4 to 5 tbsp cold water
pinch salt

Method: Blend flour, salt and sugar together; cut in margarine or shortening.
Add water, 1 tbsp at a time, and mix to form a ball.
Grease a 9 inch square pan. Place 3/4 of the pastry in pan.
Add blueberries, and sprinkle sugar to taste. Place remaining pastry on top.
Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
