Broiled Salmon Steaks
Ingredients: 2 salmon steaks (1/3 to 1/2 lb each)
1 tbsp melted butter or oil
salt and pepper
juice of one lemon
fresh parsley, chopped
Method: Brush salmon with French Dressing. Let stand one hour in refrigerator.
Brush with butter. Put under broiler. Broil 12 - 15 minutes. Cook on both sides.
Place on heated platter. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serves 2.
