Driving directions to Caribou Bed and Breakfast:
From the south: when you leave the ferry, drive with the unloading ferry traffic for about 2 km (about 1.2 miles) until you see the exit ramp on your right. Take the ramp exit, and then cross over the overpass. Once you drive across the overpass and reach High Street, turn right, and then drive about 300 metres (about 300 yards), just past Tim Hortons, to the intersection to get on to Grand Bay Road on your left. We are at 42 Grand Bay Road, on your right, about 1 km (about half a mile).
From the north: as you approach Port aux Basques (from Corner Brook) on the Trans-Canada Highway (TCH) keep going past the RCMP office (on your right), then past the Tourism Interpretation Centre (on your left), down the hill to the exit to Port aux Basques near the Railway Heritage site. Here you turn right. After you leave the TCH, drive about 100 M (~300 feet) and then turn right on to Grand Bay Road: we are at 42 Grand Bay Road on the right, about 1.0 km (~half a mile).
